What you get
Sessions we run
Each is built around your own account, profile and numbers rather than generic slides. Pick one, or sequence several.
Winning the map pack
We grid-map your local rankings live, show you where you lose and to whom, and work through category selection, service mapping and review velocity on your actual profile.

Learn moreReviews without crossing the line
Uniform invitation systems, why gating is a policy breach, and how to respond to a review without confirming that someone was your patient.
Learn moreGetting cited by AI answers
Why answer engines pick some medical pages over others, and what to change about structure, authorship and clarity so your content is the one quoted.

How a session is arranged
- 1Step 1
Tell us the topic and the team
Which session, how many people, and what specifically is not working right now. We would rather run one session that lands than four that cover everything shallowly.
- 2Step 2
We prepare on your numbers
Before the session we pull your public data — rankings, profile, reviews, visible ad presence — so the ninety minutes is spent on your situation rather than on generic principles.
- 3Step 3
Run the session
Ninety minutes, working format, screens shared, questions throughout. Your front desk lead should be in the room; they usually know where the real leak is.
- 4Step 4
You keep the material
Notes, the prepared analysis and a short list of what to change first. No obligation to engage us afterwards.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Not currently. We do not keep a standing public webinar schedule, and we would rather say that plainly than list sessions that are not happening. When a public session is scheduled it will appear on this page. Sessions run privately for individual teams are available on request at any time, and those are generally more useful because they work on your own data.
A single introductory session for your team is run at no charge. It is genuinely useful on its own — you keep the analysis and the recommendations whether or not you engage us afterwards. Ongoing training programmes, or sessions for larger hospital marketing teams that need multiple modules, are quoted separately based on scope.
The owner or practice manager, whoever currently handles marketing, and — importantly — your front desk lead. Most clinic growth problems turn out to sit at the front desk rather than in the campaign, and the person answering the phone at two in the afternoon usually knows exactly where enquiries are being lost. Sessions work best under fifteen people so it stays a conversation.
Yes, and the format changes for that context. Hospital teams generally need service-line measurement, referral marketing and internal reporting more than they need channel tactics. We would usually scope a short sequence of sessions rather than one, and work against your actual department structure and approval process.
No, and you should hold us to that. The session is built around your data with the aim that you leave able to act on it yourself. We do this because a practice that understands its own numbers is a better client if it later engages us, and because the analysis we prepare is genuinely the most persuasive thing we have.
We share the prepared analysis and the recommendations in writing. We do not record sessions by default, because they involve your live account data and candid discussion of what is not working internally. If your team wants a recording for people who could not attend, we can arrange it with everyone's agreement beforehand.
